Yes. Contact us and we'll adjust your plan. If you downgrade from Pro to Free, any quizzes beyond the free limit will be preserved but you won't be able to create new ones until you're within the limit.
Your quizzes and session history are retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can request a full data export before cancellation and a deletion request if needed.
Yes. Games with no activity for 30 minutes are automatically closed by the server. This keeps the platform fast and prevents orphaned sessions from consuming resources. You can always start a fresh game immediately after.
